New sound alerts for the kitchen
The kitchen screen now gives clear sound alerts for specific events:
- An order modified after it reached the kitchen.
- An order cancelled.
- An order running late past its expected time.
- A specific item marked ready (item-bumped).
These alerts help the kitchen team notice changes even when they're not standing in front of the screen all the time.
Built-in error tracking for the kitchen too
Like TtaKkaa's cashier, the kitchen screen now reports any unexpected error to TtaKkaa's internal error-tracking system instead of relying on external tools, speeding up catching and fixing any technical issue.
Live store logo instead of login-time logo
Before this release, the top bar and profile page in the kitchen screen only picked up the store logo from login time. Now, the screen follows the live logo from the store settings directly, so any logo update shows up instantly without needing to log out and back in.
Preparations for App Store requirements
This release also included technical preparations for the privacy and permission requirements the App Store requires, ahead of launching an iOS version of the kitchen screen.
