How to Import Hundreds of Products From One Spreadsheet on TtaKkaa
If you're opening a new shop or moving your product catalog from another system, the last thing you want is to sit and enter each product manually one by one. TtaKkaa gives you a way to import hundreds of products in a single operation.
Step 1: Download the import template
From the "Import Products" screen in the store dashboard, download the ready spreadsheet template. The template contains the required columns: product name, category, price, barcode (if available), and starting stock quantity.
Step 2: Fill in the file with your products
Fill in one row per product. If a product has options (size, color), the file supports registering each option on a separate row linked to the same base product, so the system understands they're not separate products.
Step 3: Upload the file and review the preview
Upload the file from the dashboard, and the system shows you a preview before confirming the import:
- The number of products that will be added successfully.
- Any rows with an issue (empty price, duplicate barcode) with an exact description of the problem.
- A chance to fix or exclude those rows before confirming.
Step 4: Confirm the import
Once you've confirmed the preview is correct, confirm the import, and all the products are added to the catalog at once, ready to sell from the cashier instantly.
