Refund Policy

At Ttakka, we are committed to delivering reliable cloud POS software and support for restaurants and retail businesses across MENA. If you are not satisfied with our service, the following policy applies.

Service complaints

If a paid feature or onboarding service does not meet the agreed scope, contact support@ttakka.store within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a corrective service at no additional cost where appropriate.

Subscription cancellations

Trial plans: cancel anytime before conversion with no charge. Paid plans: cancellation at least 72 hours before renewal is free. Between 48–72 hours before renewal, a 30% fee of the upcoming cycle may apply. Less than 48 hours before renewal, up to 50% of the upcoming cycle may be retained.

Refunds

Refunds are available when service was not provided due to a fault on our side, or when required by applicable law. Approved refunds are processed minus a 10% processing fee. Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-refundable items

Third-party fees, custom development already delivered, hardware procured on your behalf, and promotional setup bundles marked non-refundable are excluded.

How to request a refund

Email support@ttakka.store within 7 days of the charge with your store name, invoice reference, and reason. Privacy-related requests may also be sent to privacy@ttakka.store.
