How to Print Barcode Labels for All Your Products at Once

Printing barcode labels is useful in two main cases: a new product that just came into stock and needs an internal barcode, or an old product whose original barcode got lost and needs a replacement printed. This guide covers both ways.

Method 1: Print a single label from the cashier

While you're selling, if you need to print a label for a specific product quickly:

1. Open the product from the cashier screen.
2. Select "Print barcode" from the product's options menu (long-press).
3. The label prints instantly on the label printer connected to the cashier.

This method suits a case where you need a label for one or two products quickly while in the middle of selling.

Method 2: Batch print products from the dashboard

If you have a whole new shipment that needs labels, the best way is directly from the store dashboard:

1. Go to the "Products" screen in the store dashboard.
2. Select the products that need labels (you can select more than one at a time).
3. Tap "Print barcode labels" and set the number of copies per product if needed.
4. All the labels print at once from the connected printer.

Tip: print a few extra labels for fast-moving products

If you have a product whose label wears out or gets damaged quickly (like refrigerated items or food products), print one or two extra copies of the label so you can swap them in quickly without having to go back to the dashboard again.

Tied to selling products by weight
