Guide: From Signing Up on TtaKkaa to Your First Sale, Step by Step
This guide walks through the full steps from opening an account on TtaKkaa to recording your first sale on the cashier, the same day.
Step 1: Sign up with your phone number
Go to store.ttakka.store and sign up with your phone number. You'll get a 6-digit verification code instantly by text message.
Step 2: Enter the code and complete your store details
Enter the code and fill in your store's details (name, business type) on a single screen.
Step 3: Open your first branch
From the dashboard, open your first branch and enter its address and basic details.
Step 4: Check the onboarding checklist on the home page
The home page after signup shows you an onboarding checklist of what's missing before your first sale: register at least one product, set a payment method, and activate the branch.
Step 5: Register your first product
Register at least one product in the catalog — you can start with one product and add the rest later, or import a whole catalog at once if you have a lot of items.
Step 6: Record your first sale
Open the cashier, open a shift, pick the product you registered, and complete the first sale.
Common mistakes
The thing that most delays a new seller is trying to register the entire catalog before making the first sale — start with one or two products and start selling, then finish the rest of the catalog later.
Next step
If you have a large catalog, read the bulk catalog import guide, or if your shop sells by barcode, check the barcode selling guide.
