Nada's Salon in New Cairo: From Signup to First Sale on TtaKkaa, Same Day
Nada opened her salon in Fifth Settlement and wanted a cashier system that could help her sell products (shampoo, creams, beauty tools) alongside services (haircuts, coloring, skincare) without needing technicians to spend two full days setting up a complex system before opening.
The problem: a salon mixes products and services
Most cashier systems Nada looked at were designed either for product-only shops or service-only centers, with no easy way to combine both. She was also worried about signup and setup time, afraid of missing her planned opening date.
How Nada signed up and started selling the same day
With TtaKkaa's new signup screen, the steps were simple:
- She signed up with her phone number and got a 6-digit verification code instantly.
- She filled in the salon's details on a single screen.
- She opened her first branch in minutes from the dashboard.
- She registered salon products (shampoo, creams) alongside services (haircut, color) in the same catalog.
The same day, she sold her first invoice with a product and a service together on the same ticket.
In-app appointment booking: coming soon
Nada asked the TtaKkaa team whether customers could book their appointment directly from the customer app. The honest answer: the unit that manages bookings and the "appointment order" type is live on the system (backend) side, but the booking screens in the customer app itself are not ready yet. Until they ship, Nada takes appointments the way she always did — by phone and WhatsApp — and rings up the sale on the TtaKkaa cashier as usual once the customer arrives.
Simple loyalty that brings customers back
Every customer who pays earns loyalty points automatically against their phone number, and Nada also enabled a welcome bonus for new customers, so the first visit isn't the only one.
The numbers, honestly
Instead of the week she expected setup to take, Nada signed up, opened her branch, and sold her first invoice the same day. And instead of waiting for in-app booking, which isn't ready yet, she kept taking appointments the way she was used to without any disruption.

Yes, you can register products and services together in the same catalog, and sell them from the same cashier screen on the same invoice.
Do I need just one branch to start?
You can start with one branch and add more later from the same account, each with its own cashier and inventory.
