A full day in a store running Ttakka: from the first morning customer to the last delivery at night
To understand how the Ttakka system actually works, let's walk through a normal day at a store using it — a restaurant with both delivery and table ordering. Not one person's story, but a tour of every part of the system working together.
Morning: opening the shift from the cashier
The manager opens a new shift from the cashier screen and sets the opening cash drawer balance. All day, every sale gets recorded under that shift, and at the end a Z-report shows exactly what sold and through which payment method.
Midday: a table orders via QR
A customer sits at a table, scans the QR code, browses the menu, and orders directly from their phone. The order reaches the kitchen display (KDS) instantly, and the kitchen team moves it from "new" to "in progress" to "ready" as they work.
At the same time: a delivery order from the customer app
Another customer opens the customer app from home, browses products, adds items to the cart, picks a delivery address, and pays cash on delivery or by card. That order also reaches the kitchen, and once it's prepared it gets assigned to a driver.
The driver is on the way
The driver gets notified of the new order on the driver app, and tracks the order status step by step: "assigned" to "to store" to "at store" to "picked up" to "to customer" to "delivered," with a map guiding them to the address.
Afternoon: the owner checks the dashboard
The store owner doesn't need to stand next to the cashier — from the store dashboard on a computer or phone, they can see today's sales, inventory, kitchen report, and staff reports, all in one place.
End of day: the customer rates the order and points add up
The customer who ordered delivery gets notified their order is complete, and can rate their experience from the customer app. Every purchase — in-store or online — earns loyalty points they can redeem next time.
All of this in one system
The cashier, kitchen display, dashboard, customer app, and driver app each run on their own, but they're all connected and tied to the same inventory and the same customer data. No manual data transfer between separate systems.

Do I need to buy all these apps separately?
No, all the apps (cashier, kitchen, dashboard, customer app, driver app) are part of the one Ttakka system, and get enabled based on your business type and needs.
Do I need the driver app if I don't offer delivery?
No, the driver app only activates if your store offers delivery, and it's tied to the delivery settings in the store dashboard.
